US RETURN POLICY
Please contact us anytime before or after your purchase with any questions or concerns. If there are any changes or cancellation after having placed the order, please contact us immediately.
We realize that shopping online can be tricky and despite all the diligence in the world, the product might not fit or not meet your expectations. We implemented this policy to be as reasonable and fair practice to our customers.
*** Due to health concerns, Face Masks cannot be returned or exchanged for ANY reason. Please use discretion prior to placing order ***
Return / Exchange Policy
- Customer must contact us via e-mail (email@example.com) with request for either refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receiving approval of such request.
- Please mail out the merchandise using any shipping method of choice (We do not provide return shipping label).
- All returns will be inspected for original condition. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- In case of an exchange, we will ship out the exchange of choice. All exchanged items will be sent via USPS First Class.
- In case of a refund, we will credit the full transaction amount minus the shipping charge.
- Any merchandise sold thru a re-seller, retailer, third party vendor, internet flash sites, and/or marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
